Job Description: Website Designer (UI/UX Specialist)

We are seeking a talented and creative Website Designer with a keen eye for design and expertise in UI/UX design on Wix. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop websites using Wix with a focus on creating exceptional user experiences.
- Conceptualize and execute UI/UX strategies that align with project goals.
- Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
- Optimize websites for responsiveness, performance, and functionality across all devices.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, UX principles, and Wix features to enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure all designs meet branding, accessibility, and usability standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing and developing websites using Wix.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Excellent eye for design with attention to detail, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva for mockups and design previews.
- Knowledge of SEO and website optimization techniques is a plus.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, accountable, and passionate about delivering high-quality work.
