STR Virtual Assistant

Looking for an experienced VA with at least 2 years of experience in STR management. See detailed descriptions below:

1. Listing set-up: Help set-up the listing on different channels
2. PM software set-up and management: Help with set-up and sync with all the channels (experience required with softwares such as OwnerRez, Guesty, Hospitable etc.)
3. Booking management: Ensure calendars are upto date, sharing booking outlook with the Host, communicating with potential guests re any booking queries
4. Guest Communications: Set-up automated messages with triggers and deal with any guest queries during certain hours. Support the Host in communicate with guests from booking to post check-out
5. Cleaners and Maintenance Team Communications: Ensure cleaning is scheduled and completed on timely basis and any co-ordination of any maintenance issues with guests and the maintenance team
6. Listing Optimization: Proactively deploy strategies to optimize the listing to generate new bookings
7. Pricing: Support the Host in ensuring appropriate tools are being used to capture full value through strategic pricing and meet Revenue Goals
8. Bookkeeping: Help the host keep track of income and expenses, set-up invoice management (online cloud), run monthly P&L reports
9. Marketing & Demand Generation: Support marketing efforts including social media campaigns to generate new bookings
