Role Overview
As our Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our operations. You'll keep our team on track, oversee project timelines, and ensure all moving parts come together seamlessly for our events.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Proactively manage employees and freelancers, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Project Coordination: Maintain and update project plans using tools like Asana and Gantt charts.
- Event Oversight: Drive the planning and execution of 8-12 events in 2025, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Tech Savvy: Utilize our tech stack (Asana, GoHighLevel, Slack) to keep projects organized and teams aligned.
- Cross-functional Support: Assist with graphic design, community management, and social media as needed.

What We’re Looking For
- A detail-focused self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Experience in live events or retreats is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design, community management, and social media tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work European Hours (9-5 CET), with some flexibility.
