Goodies Curator

Overview:
Our dynamic Book Box business is seeking a detail-oriented Goodies Curator to play a vital role in enhancing our customers' experience. The main responsibility is to curate unique and exciting goodies to complement our book selections, ensuring a memorable unboxing experience. This role also includes a potential customer service component to help maintain our exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Goodie Curation:

Select goodies such as confectionary, tote bags, and other items tailored to each customer based on their profile.
Ensure no duplicate goodies are sent to the same customer by tracking selections all using Airtable.
Scout for new, exciting goodies that align with our brand and enhance the customer experience.
Customer Service (Optional Component):

Respond to email inquiries and customer service messages on social media platforms, maintaining a warm and professional brand voice.
Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.

Additional Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to maintain and update inventory.
Assist in sourcing products that support the Book Box AU brand.
Perform ad-hoc duties as requested to support business operations.
Requirements:

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Basic IT skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and online tools.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
A passion for books and creating delightful customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in curation, customer service, or similar roles.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Knowledge of social media and customer engagement strategies.
