Social Media Customer Manager (Part-Time) - Virtual Assistant

Lightspeed Studios LLC is looking for part-time virtual assistants in the field of Customer Support on Social Media. We are a company that currently works with over 60 virtual assistants from the Philippines for almost 4 years now and we are searching for new talent!

What we look for in new talent:
- loyalty
- good english skills (preferably worked in customer support via phone before)
- fast internet connection
- you are available to work either on a fixed schedule or spontaneously (we consider your preferences for work times and hours), 6-20 hours per week on the weekend (working only on Saturdays or Sundays or both) or jumping in spontaneously as a backup coverage whenever it might be needed
- you consider yourself hard-working and productive
- you can take criticism (both positive and negative/constructive feedbacks)
- high emotional intelligence and empathy
- preferably interested in a longterm cooperation
