We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand focused on providing high-quality products for moms. We are dedicated to creating effective, trustworthy solutions that moms love and rely on. We're seeking a talented Paid Media Manager to join our team and help us scale our paid media efforts across multiple platforms.
Position Overview:
As our Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing all paid ad campaigns across our primary channels: Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. You will also explore new opportunities on TikTok and other platforms. Your role will involve strategizing, sourcing creative media, analyzing campaign performance, meeting ROAS targets, and driving scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Amazon, Meta, Google, and other platforms as needed.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve target ROAS and scale effectively.
Request and source ad creatives by collaborating with internal and external resources.
Conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and improve performance.
Analyze performance data and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Explore new ad channels, such as TikTok, to identify growth opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for each ad platform.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Amazon, Meta, and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Experience sourcing and working with media/creative teams.
Track record of achieving target ROAS and scaling campaigns.
Familiarity with TikTok Ads is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a remote team environment.
