Job Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube that resonates with our target audience.
- Video Editing: Edit engaging videos for social media platforms and YouTube, including tutorials, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor social media posts to ensure brand consistency and maximize engagement.
- Advertising Campaigns: Create and manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- GoHighLevel (GHL) Workflow Management: Set up and manage automated workflows, follow-ups, and lead nurturing within GHL.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on content and ad performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed on social media trends, video content strategies, and best practices to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in social media content creation and video editing.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and CRM tools like GoHighLevel (GHL) is preferred.
- Video Editing Skills: Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Creativity: Ability to create visually appealing, engaging, and professional content.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools (ie Canva, Adobe Suite) and knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Attention to Detail: High standard of accuracy in editing, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

** Time Zone Hours can be flexible, but you must be available for at least 5 hours/week within USA's EST. This is to allow for 1-2 meetings per week with US-based manager/supervisor. These meeting(s) can be anytime between 8:00am to 10:00pm EST.
