Non-negotiables:
• All applicants will be monitored by time-tracking software and will need to ensure that they are only working for one employer.
• Must be a college or associate graduate.
• At least 1 year of experience working remotely.
• Stable internet connection and reliable PC/Laptop
• Ability to work in alignment with Sydney, Australia business hours.
• Excellent English spoken and writing skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with CEO of building and maintenance company in Operations
2. Taking inbound phone calls and job scheduling
3. Outbound phone calls seeking customer feedback
4. Answering
5. Compiling job reports from tradesmen
6. Compiling Quotes from tradesmen
7. Completing Administrative tasks within Job Management Software-training provided
8. Monitoring Compliance duties
Skills required:
1. High level attention to detail and data entry skills
2. Excellent fluency in English and ability to type quickly
3. Ability to multi task and work in fast paced environment
4. Inbound and outbound calling-training provided
5. Ability to train and absorb information quickly
6. Relevant Experience and track record necessary in similar type roles
7. Self motivated and able to work autonomously
