Outbound Caller and Admin needed

We are a mental healthcare support provider organization, and we need a tele-caller expert who can:

- Work from Saturday to Thursday
- 9 am to 6 pm EST
- Speak to US Clients to understand and verify their Medicaid insurance
- Someone who is excellent at English communication.

Apart from the above, you will also be responsible for admin work, which includes

- Updating Google Sheets and helping the staff on Google Chat.
- Understanding of Google sheets formulas and Appscript is a plus (Not compulsory)
