Fullstack developer who works in macOS and Linux environments

To be clear, I do NOT need macOS apps developed, but I do need someone who can help me customize, install, and maintain the open-source, self-hosted services that run on linux servers and are being used in our work environment.

The person I'm looking for must be proficient in working in both a macOS environment and linux environment, since the users of the services are all working in macOS.

We have linux servers hosting the services and macOS users utilizing the services.

Here is a list of the main open-source, self-hosted services that we are currently using:
Odoo
Matrix homeserver
Nextcloud
RustDesk
