You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow audience interaction, increase watch time, and achieve monetization goals. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithms, audience engagement tactics, and content monetization processes.

I have someone that will post the content - however you can add more, but the most important is that you focus on how to monetize the channel -

Implement strategies to grow channel interaction, including likes, comments, and shares.
Monitor YouTube analytics and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and monetization best practices.
