Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with extensive knowledge of the Florida real estate and mortgage industry to help rapidly increase monthly closings for our title company. The ideal candidate will be skilled in video and photo editing, content creation, social media marketing, and business development. This individual will also excel at planning and marketing educational events, managing online course programs, and providing exceptional communication across all platforms.
The primary target audience includes realtors, mortgage brokers, and loan officers in Florida, so deep familiarity with the market, trends, and client needs is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
• Florida-Focused Content Strategy: Develop content ideas tailored to Florida’s real estate and mortgage market while aligning with the owner’s personal brand and professional expertise.
• Video Editing: Produce professional and polished video content, including industry updates, educational clips, and promotional materials, using tools like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
• Photo Editing: Edit and enhance photos for social media and marketing materials with software like Photoshop or Lightroom.

Business Development & Relationship Building

Online Course Program Management
• Program Development: Develop and organize online course content focusing on Florida real estate, mortgage trends, and legal compliance.
• Platform Setup: Build and maintain courses on platforms such as Kajabi, Teachable, or Thinkific.
• Course Maintenance: Regularly update course materials to reflect Florida-specific regulations and trends.
• Participant Engagement: Provide exceptional support to course participants, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless user experience.
General Administration & Communication
• Lead Management: Maintain an organized database of leads, clients, event attendees, and course participants.
