Key Responsibilities
Email
Monitor and sort the executive’s inbox, respond on their behalf, and prioritize urgent
Manage appointments, schedule meetings, and ensure no double-booking.
Client & Prospect Communication
Answer basic inquiries promptly, route them to the right person if needed, and maintain a professional tone at all times.
Follow up with prospects or existing clients regarding scheduling, updates, or required documents.
Administrative Support
Organize digital files, update databases, and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Handle ad hoc research tasks and compile reports.
Coordination with the Marketing Team
Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist for campaign launches, ensuring tasks are delegated and deadlines are met.
Relay client feedback or data from marketing funnels to the appropriate person.
Qualifications
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
Outstanding organizational skills—detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks.
Friendly, professional communicator with excellent English skills.
Tech-savvy: comfortable with G Suite (or Microsoft 365), video conferencing tools, and learning new software quickly.
A “can-do” attitude—eager to adapt, willing to grow, and open to feedback.
