Key Responsibilities
HighLevel (GoHighLevel) Management
Set up and optimize funnels, campaigns, and automations within GoHighLevel.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless user experience for clients and prospects.
Graphic Design & Social Media Marketing
Create eye-catching visuals, social media graphics, and reels for various platforms (Instagram,
Schedule and post content regularly to build brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate on social media strategies and adapt designs based on feedback.
Content Creation & ChatGPT Utilization
Use ChatGPT (and other AI tools) to draft engaging captions,
Edit and refine AI-generated content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand voice.
Funnel Building & Technology Management
Help design and build funnels that nurture leads from initial interest to final conversion.
Stay updated on the latest funnel-building techniques, software updates, and integrations.
Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency in GoHighLevel (or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform).
Graphic Design Skills: Ability to create appealing visuals and social media content (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Social Media Savvy: Familiar with best practices for Instagram Reels,
Strong English Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; able to communicate professionally and adapt tone for different audiences.
Tech-Forward: Comfortable learning new software quickly; basic HTML or web skills are a plus.
Time Management & Organization: Able to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and keep projects on track.
Fast Learner & Coachable: Willingness to adapt to feedback, grow within the role, and acquire new skills as needed.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to troubleshoot tech issues or client concerns proactively.

Client & Prospect Communication
Respond to
Manage scheduling and calendaring for meetings, discovery calls, and follow-ups.
Keep track of potential leads and ensure timely follow-up.
Organizational & Administrative Support
Maintain digital filing systems, task lists, and calendars with minimal oversight.
Prepare and organize documents, meeting notes, and project timelines.
Assist in creating and updating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for better workflow.
Operations Team Building
Contribute ideas on how to improve and scale our operational processes.
Help identify new hires or partners who can fill operational gaps as we grow.
