VRBO Review Removal Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **VRBO Review Removal Specialist** to help manage and maintain the reputation of our vacation rental properties. The ideal candidate will have expertise in addressing inappropriate, false, or malicious reviews on VRBO while adhering to platform policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and identify reviews that violate VRBO's guidelines.
- Draft and submit compelling, evidence-based dispute requests to VRBO for review removal.
- Collaborate with the team to gather necessary evidence, such as guest communication or documentation, to support disputes.
- Maintain a record of review disputes and their outcomes for reporting purposes.
- Provide recommendations to prevent future negative reviews through improved guest communication or policies.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with review management or reputation management on VRBO or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of VRBO's policies and review guidelines.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to create persuasive and professional messages.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with short-term rental management or vacation rental platforms is a plus.
