Position Synopsis:
Success Managers at HHF take clients from poor credit standing to positive credit standing with the assistance of a team of disputers and the rest of the HHF support team. Success Managers are the front line, client facing team member who has a direct influence and impact on the client during their credit repair journey. Candidates are empathetic, positive, precise, encouraging, and consistent.

Shift:
CST: Monday - Friday 8:30AM (0830) - 6:00PM (1800)
1 hour paid lunch break

Pay:
Salary pay
$700/month during probation period (90 days.)
$800/month after probation period. (Benefits start during this time frame.)
Yearly review based on performance for salary increases and advancement opportunities.

Benefits
Quarterly bonuses available after probation ($250 each quarter based on performance.)
PTO available after probation (10 days per calendar year.)
Off for select American holidays, described in the staff handbook received upon hiring.

Job Requirements:
Customer Service Experience - 2+ years, within the past 5 years.
De-escalation Skills - Ability to deescalate elevated emotions within a client in order to communicate and retain clients.
Strong proficiency in English - Verbal and written.
Prompt Professional Communication - Ability to address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Self-Motivated - Driven to complete tasks and manage time in an efficient manner.
Long Term Commitment - We are hiring permanent staff members, not temporary.
High speed internet access - Possesses high quality internet in order to communicate with clients via CRM and zoom meetings.
Stable PC/Laptop setup - Stable location for work setup to present professional experience to clients during calls and zoom meetings.
Departmental Coordination - Ability to coordinate between departments to provide full service to the client, including disputing, credit analysis, billing, legal concerns, and more.
Long-term Credit Coaching - Ability to maintain 6+ month relationships with clients in a professional coaching setting and manner.

Preferred Hard Skills:
Asana - Prior experience in using software for task management and team collaboration purposes.
Google Suite - Prior experience in using the suite of software services for team collaboration and communication.
Zoom - Prior experience using zoom software as host to coordinate meetings, present materials, and communicate with new and existing clients.
Close - Prior experience using the CRM software for client calling, texting, emailing, and detail tracking.
Credit Repair Cloud Software - Prior experience in utilizing credit repair cloud software.
Credit Repair Knowledge - In-depth working knowledge of credit repair processes, FDCPA regulations, and current credit laws.

Preferred Soft Skills:
Empathetic - Ability to relate to the client's life situations.
Ability to hold firm - Able to hold clients firmly to the program while using and maintaining a gentle and professional touch.
Detail-Oriented - Ability to pay meticulous attention to credit reports and identify discrepancies.
Problem-Solving Skills - Capability to identify problems and come up with suggestions for solutions.
Positive and upbeat attitude with a track record of working effectively in a team environment.
