We’re a seed-stage startup and part of the Y Combinator 2024 Portfolio, with rapidly growing client demand and strong revenue generation. To meet this demand, we’re hiring an analyst to help manage deal flow and create top-tier materials for private equity firms, brokers, and other real estate investment teams.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a self-motivated Real Estate Analyst to join our remote team. You’ll be responsible for preparing professional deal materials, including Offering Memorandums (OMs), Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), and Loan Packages, using Henry’s AI-powered platform. This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact at an early-stage startup.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and Build Deal Materials: Use Henry’s platform to create high-quality, professional Offering Memorandums (OMs), Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), and Loan Packages that meet client needs.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze real estate markets, trends, and comparable transactions (comps) to support deal preparation.
- Streamline Processes: Leverage Henry’s tools to reduce manual tasks, improve efficiency, and deliver results quickly.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate analysis, financial modeling, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely during New York (EST) business hours.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
