Home Health Scheduler

We are a home health therapy company looking to hire a Home Health Scheduler to join our excellent team in South Florida! The candidate will work M-F 8-5pm East Coast Standard Time.

The candidate must be very organized, timely, have excellent English skills, and be very reliable. They must have stable internet (we will pay for VPN) and be available to talk, email, and zoom throughout their shift.

The key tasks will be:

-Entering new referrals into our staffing software
-Texting with our therapist staff through our phone system
-Entering patients into our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
-Replying to emails from our contracted business partners in a timely manner (acknowledge receipt of email within ~2 minutes)
-Speaking with staff and contracted business partners on the phone
