Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to help source qualified candidates for a Real Estate Broker position in Dubai. This is a remote freelance role with flexible hours, perfect for individuals with strong recruitment skills and knowledge of online sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential candidates for real estate broker roles in Dubai using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Bayt.
• Screen resumes and profiles to match the job qualifications and requirements.
• Reach out to candidates to gauge interest, share job details, and pre qualify them for interviews.
• Maintain an organized database of potential candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, candidate pipelines, and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or headhunting, preferably in real estate or sales roles.
• Familiarity with online job boards and candidate search tools such as LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly in Dubai, is a plus but not required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing.
• A stable internet connection and necessary tools to work remotely.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within agreed timelines.
