Virtual Masonry Estimator & Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Masonry Takeoff Specialist with bookkeeping experience to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to analyze construction documents, perform accurate masonry and EIFS quantity takeoffs, and assist in the bid preparation process for various projects. Additionally, you will support the team with QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, including monthly reconciliations and tax-season preparation.
