Therapist Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

1. Manages the operations of the therapy department.
2. Coordinates therapy services.
3. Performs physical or occupational therapy treatments and modalities.
4. Complete appropriate billing and documentation.
5. Coordinates the operations of the restorative department and staff.
6. Works within the interdisciplinary team to discuss and coordinate resident care.
7. Coordinates and is responsible for administration of the Therapist meeting.
8. Monitors operation of therapy and restorative equipment.
9. Performs in-service trainings for staff, as needed.
10. Attends facility meetings as assigned.
11. Provides assistants to other staff as needed.
