Pro Web Designer

I am searching for a professional web designer who excels in designing concepts in tools like Figma or similar platforms. This is NOT a role for someone who relies on templates or AI. I’m seeking a skilled individual with a deep understanding of modern design principles, current trends, and a strong ability to conceptualize and bring original ideas to life.

What You’ll Do
- Design Multiple Concepts: Create multiple design variations for my review and provide A/B comparisons when needed.
Follow Branding Guidelines: Work within provided branding guidelines or create entirely new concepts when required.
- Collaborate: Occasionally, I will provide wireframes or rough concepts to kickstart the process. Other times, you’ll have full creative freedom to design from scratch.
- Handle Client Feedback: Be open to revising and adjusting designs based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
- Content Integration: Use provided written content and seamlessly incorporate it into your designs.
- Stay Trend-Savvy: Understand and implement the latest design trends while delivering clean, modern, and user-friendly concepts.
-Small Business Websites: I'm not looking for someone with heavy ECommerce design experience as most of the websites will be non-ecommerce websites.
- Other website tasks: This role may require other website related tasks.

- Integrity and Accountability: You do what you say you will do. You show up on time, meet deadlines, and work with consistency.
- Focused and Driven: This role requires someone who can dedicate their attention to the job and isn’t juggling work for numerous agencies simultaneously.
- Proficient Designer: You’re not just familiar with design tools—you master them.
- Attention to Detail: Small nuances matter to you, and you’re proud of delivering polished, professional results.
- Secondary Skills (Optional): If you are proficient in WordPress and know how to develop websites using builders, that’s a bonus. However, this is NOT a development-first role, and only extremely skilled designers should apply.

Work Expectations
- Part-Time Hours: You must be available for 4 hours a day. Timeliness and availability during those hours are crucial.
You must have a reliable setup to consistently meet deadlines. I expect timely and consistent communication during your scheduled hours, as this is something I value highly.
