VA/Project Manager

We need a person to help us monitor our various tasks/projects, capture meeting summaries and input them into our project management tool (we use Notion)
2. We have 1-2 meeting per week, each around 30m long on google-meet
3. Would be also nice if that person can help record our expenses in Google sheets and keep track of everything
