Key Responsibilities:
Financial Oversight:
Record 100% of financial data with 98?curacy, ensuring complete tracking of both administrative and project-specific costs.

Daily Financial Updates:
Provide daily status updates, including cash flow, outstanding payments, and budget summaries, to keep leadership informed of the company’s financial position.

Forecasting:
Deliver bi-weekly cash flow forecasts with 95% precision, identifying risks and opportunities to guide strategic decisions.

Payment Management:
Ensure 100% of subcontractor and vendor payments are made before due dates, preventing delays and disruptions.

Cost Data Updates:
Collaborate with the estimating team to provide updated cost data quarterly, reflecting real-time market trends and project information.

Leadership Reporting:
Present actionable financial insights during leadership meetings, focusing on key metrics, risks, and opportunities.

Project-Specific Reporting:
Maintain weekly financial reports for all ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and clarity to support decision-making.

Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers and department heads to address financial discrepancies and ensure alignment with budgets.

What You Bring:
Proven experience in financial analysis or accounting, ideally in the U.S. construction industry.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of managing costs across multiple projects and departments.
Proficiency in financial tools and software, including QuickBooks and advanced Excel.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex financial data accurately.
Familiarity with cash flow modeling, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.

Expertise in identifying financial risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
