JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Virtual Assistant (E-Commerce, Client Support & Bookings)
Location: Remote (Flexible hours)
Hours: 10–20 hours per week

About Us

JvWigs is a dynamic and fast-growing hair and beauty brand specializing in premium raw and virgin hair extensions, bridal styling, and custom wigs. We’re expanding our online presence and looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage our Shopify store, provide exceptional customer support, handle bookings, and assist with social media and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Management (Shopify)

• Upload and update product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and stock.
• Optimize product pages with SEO-friendly content to improve visibility.
• Monitor and process orders, handle refunds and exchanges, and update shipping statuses.
• Ensure a seamless and error-free customer journey on the site.
• Track store performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with insights for improvement.

2. Customer Support (Across Platforms)

• Respond to customer inquiries on Shopify, email, and social media platforms (DMs).
• Handle concerns about orders, shipping, or product issues professionally and efficiently.
• Update and maintain FAQs and templated responses for quicker resolutions.
• Provide updates to customers about bridal services, wig inquiries, and other offerings.

3. Booking Management

• Manage email inquiries and bookings for bridal clients, including consultations and follow-ups.
• Track appointments and maintain an up-to-date calendar for hair and bridal services.
• Organize client details and ensure smooth communication regarding schedules, pricing, and confirmations.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding changes or special requests.

4. Social Media Support

• Schedule posts across Instagram and other social platforms TikTok and facebook
• Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community interaction to build brand loyalty.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics, suggesting strategies for growth and outreach.
• Support promotional campaigns for hair extensions and bridal services.

5. Administrative Support

• Organize and track expenses for both UK and US businesses.
• Maintain accurate bridal client contracts and follow-up logs.
• Assist with pre-launch and post-launch activities for the hair extensions line.
• Research partnerships or opportunities for brand growth in the US market.

Ideal Candidate Skills and Experience

MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT SHOPIFY, GMAIL AND MARKETING

• Proven experience managing Shopify stores and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media management and engagement strategies.
• Highly organized with exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity is necessary with the beauty or hair industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of booking management systems is a bonus.
