Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. An added plus is experience with Google paid media campaigns. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills to optimize and drive the performance of our clients' digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
Optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions to improve ROI and achieve client goals.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and high-performing ad content.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to ensure maximum impact.
Provide support and insights for Google paid media campaigns (AdWords, Display, YouTube) if applicable.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad creation, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Google Ads (AdWords, Display, YouTube) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

20,000 - 40,000 PHP based on Skill Level and Experience
