Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who thrives on creating exceptional customer interactions and solving problems with efficiency and empathy. As part of our team, you’ll ensure every customer feels valued and supported, while maintaining smooth order management and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond to Gorgias tickets, address inquiries, provide product and tracking updates, and resolve issues with care.
Order Management: Handle order changes, replacements, repairs, and adjustments via Shopify, Fulfil, and WMS systems.
Proactive Issue Resolution: Check orders for errors, process replacement orders, and submit shipping claims for lost or damaged items.
Data Management: Maintain customer notes in Gorgias and Shopify, manage VIP customer lists, and investigate high-risk orders.
Team Collaboration: Share updates on recurring issues, maintain trackers and Asana tasks, and communicate effectively on Slack.

Adaptable: Able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.

Schedule and Training:
Tentative hours: 4–9 a.m. PT (Wed–Fri) and 2–7 p.m. PT (Sat–Sun), 20–25 hours per week.
Training: 4–6 weeks, 9 a.m.–2 p.m. PT (Mon–Fri) during January.
Flexibility for a potential full-time position based on demand.

Requirements:
Experience with Gorgias, Shopify, Slack, and Google Suite.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping people.
