I. Role Overview:
Your role will be pivotal in supporting the HR Manager, the Talent and Client Acquisition Department. You will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing candidate and client information, ensuring that all requirements are met for successful screenings. You will focus on screening applicants/candidates and identifying/pre-qualifying potential leads/clients. Your responsibilities will be adaptable and may vary depending on the current demands of the work (workload) but will primarily revolve around/encompass the duties outlined below.

II. Responsibilities:
* You will help in the end-to-end recruitment process from outreach/sourcing candidates to screening applications to conducting initial interviews.
* Calling potential leads/clients and gathering necessary information.
* Calendar, Database, and Job Boards/Portal Management.
* Maintaining the accuracy of Databases, Trackers, HRIS, etc.
* Attending meetings and Ad hoc tasks will be assigned as deemed necessary.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during the screening process.

III. Requirements:
* Proven Experience in Recruitment and Client Acquisition, or a similar screening role.
* Great Interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
* Good communication, listening & comprehension skills.
* Resourceful, Self-starter, plug & play, and proactive.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and tech-savvy.
* Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, productive workspace.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Reliable and commendable work ethics.
