I am looking for an organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our social media marketing agency. Applicants must have experience in bookkeeping and creating automation systems for streamlined workflows. Only apply if you meet these criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI-driven workflows (Zapier).
Manage bookkeeping tasks and financial reports (QuickBooks).
Organize team workflows and communications (ClickUp, Trello, Airtable, Slack).
Oversee HR tasks, payroll, and onboarding (Gusto).
Schedule and track social media marketing campaigns.
