Revenue Management for Short term rentals (Airbnb) and Listing Optimization

Searching for an experienced revenue manager in short term rentals. If you have no experience doing this, please do not apply. I am not looking to train. Please provide any documentation you have of results you've been able to deliver in increased overall revenue. I would prefer to hire someone who speaks good English, please provide a voice recording introducing yourself and telling me a little bit about your approach to revenue management.
