Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the editing process from start to finish, ensuring that all video projects are executed with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
-Utilize advanced editing techniques, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and create visually stunning videos.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
-Keep up with the latest trends and practices in video editing, incorporating new techniques and technologies to continually elevate the quality of our video content.
-Work closely with the team to oversee color correction, audio mixing, and final mastering of videos for distribution across various platforms.

Requirements:
-Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
-Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail
-Excellent communication skills with a strong responsiveness to team interactions and feedback (VERY IMPORTANT!)
-Willingness to improve and listen (VERY IMPORTANT!)
-Ability to handle videos longer than 15 minutes and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

Note: Initially, working hours are flexible but are expected to become more consistent in the following months.

Interested applicants should submit a portfolio showcasing their most complex video edit and a brief cover letter detailing the video editing software they use. Please also be prepared to complete a sample test edit as part of the selection process.
