UI / UX Designer

We seek a talented UX Hero with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences, proficiency in AI-driven design principles, and a knack for gamification. We want to hear from you if you are a creative marketer who thrives on designing intuitive platforms and driving user engagement!

Job responsibilities include:
-User Experience Design: Craft and enhance seamless, intuitive user experiences for our platform and websites.
-Landing Page/Dashboard Optimization: Design and optimize compelling pages to maximize user engagement and conversion.
-Creative Content Development: Create visually stunning and effective ads, social media posts, and email campaigns.
-Platform Enhancements: Collaborate with the team to recommend and implement platform improvements that accelerate UX enhancements.
-Gamification Integration: Incorporate gamification elements into designs to boost user interaction and retention.
-AI-Driven Design: Leverage AI tools and techniques to create smarter, more adaptive user experiences.
-Design Implementation: Utilize Figma and other tools to create designs and help our developers evolve our platform until it becomes easy to directly integrate your own designs.

Qualifications & Experience
-2+ years of proven experience as a UX / UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
-Marketing: An appreciation of how the fusion of content, UX, and strategy can excite users to take our journey.
-Skills: Expertise in UX design, graphic design, and AI-driven methodologies. Familiarity with gamification principles and how to integrate them into digital experiences.
-Tools: Proficiency in Figma and other design and prototyping tools are essential.
-Technical Ability: Ability to work closely with content creators and developers.
-Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effectively presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
-Creativity: Innovative thinker with a passion for creating visually compelling and user-friendly designs.
-Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a huge plus.
-Experience in A/B testing and performance analytics for landing page optimization.
-Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Tech Requirements:
-Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
-Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Schedule: 9PM - 6AM Philippine Time
