JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are a growing tourism brand seeking a Community Outreach & Marketing Specialist to take the lead in fostering relationships with hotels, airlines, and travel agencies. This role demands an individual with exceptional marketing, creative, and organizational skills to connect with key partners, drive brand awareness, and create impactful marketing materials. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can independently manage projects, deliver results, and contribute to our success across Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
Community Outreach:

Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, and travel agencies in targeted regions (Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe).
Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the brand's network.
Represent the brand in virtual and in-person meetings, trade shows, and events.
Develop strategies to enhance collaboration with hospitality companies, ensuring mutual benefit.

Marketing Content Creation:
Design visually appealing PDFs, presentations, and brochures for partner proposals and marketing campaigns using tools like Canva.
Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the tourism sector.
Stay updated on trends in graphic design and digital marketing to ensure materials are engaging and effective.

Social Media Management:
Assist in managing the brand’s presence on platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and others.
Plan, schedule, and post content using tools like Metricool, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Monitor social media metrics and provide reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Strategic Planning:
Develop outreach strategies that align with the brand's mission and goals.
Collaborate with the internal team to identify opportunities for cross-promotions and co-branding.
Take initiative in running outreach and marketing projects independently or with team support, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

Additional Responsibilities:
Track trends in tourism, hospitality, and digital marketing to keep the brand ahead of industry developments.
Respond to inquiries from hospitality partners promptly and professionally.
Create actionable plans to maximize outreach efforts in targeted regions.

Skills & Expertise:
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design platforms.
Knowledge of social media platforms and tools like Metricool or similar.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and develop actionable insights.
