We are looking for an experienced and committed sales agent to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative at Augmen Digital, where we help small to medium sized FILIPINO businesses grow through social media performance marketing.
All accounts and clients are local, Philippine based because our ultimate vision as a company is to create a world where small businesses in the Philippines with a big idea always have a chance to grow profitably for helping people with their products and services.
Your work will help us achieve these goals with our clients. As we help them grow, we help their future customers get products/services they need, and at the same time we create jobs for people as our clients’ businesses grow.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving conversions in the form of qualified appointments or sales for our clients from the inquiries we generate for them on social media platforms like
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Effectively answer the inquiries we generate on
Nurture potential leads towards a conversion through Messenger, text, or call;
Coordinate with clients to ensure leads show up to appointments;
Coordinate with clients to verify if revenue was generated from our leads;
Collaborate with our campaign management team to ensure quality inquiries are driven from our campaigns;
Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks;
Your KPIs will be the following:
At least 80% of clients hitting target conversion rate and conversion volume;
At least 80% show up rate from appointments you book;
At least 3 to 5 minutes response time to client leads on Messenger within shift;
100?curate and updated show up + revenue information from client lead generation efforts every week;
Required experience:
At least 3 years experience in sales or a sales-related role;
At least 1-2 years experience working directly with customers and clients in companies;
Must be comfortable talking to clients in medical and business-to-business industries (dentists, electrical suppliers, etc.)
Must have experience doing chat sales or chat support;
Must have experience doing voice sales;
Must have experience doing consultative selling;
A plus if with experience selling for multiple industries;
Required skills:
Effective written and verbal communication
Excellent phone skills- strong closer to set appointments
Comfortable memorizing and delivering call scripts
Excellent Customer service and listening abilities
Strong relationship building know-how
Highly-organized and detail-oriented
Able to meet and exceed goals
Must be proficient with computers and be able to effectively work with spreadsheets
This is a work from home / remote position and is an 8 hour shift from Monday to Saturday.
