What You'll Be Doing

As our Instagram VA, you'll play a key role in helping our clients grow their online presence. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing 1-3 organic Instagram accounts per client (up to 5 clients).
• Using advanced Instagram marketing techniques like mother/slave, spam, and host/growth methods to drive engagement.
• Researching and curating niche-specific content for each client.
• Writing captivating captions that resonate with target audiences.
• Posting content consistently and strategically.
• Engaging with followers by replying to comments and DMs.
• Tracking and organizing account data using Google Sheets and Airtable.

What We're Offering

• Full-time position: Work Monday to Saturday, 7 PM - 3 AM Philippine Time (PHT).

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:
• A computer with a fast internet connection.
• Access to Instagram, Telegram, Google Meets, Google Sheets, Airtable, and email.
• A strong command of written English, with the ability to type fluently and convey personality through text.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• A creative mindset to adapt to changing trends and traffic patterns.

While not required, experience with the following will give you an edge:

Important Note About Hours

This is a night shift position. You must be able to work 7 PM - 3 AM Philippine Time (PHT), Monday to Saturday. Please ensure these hours align with your lifestyle before applying.
