About Us
We are a dynamic excavation agency dedicated to providing high-quality excavation services to clients. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, testing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Additionally, you will help run campaigns for our clients in various industries, making a significant impact on both our business and theirs.

Responsibilities
Ad Campaign Creation & Management: Develop, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns for the agency and its clients across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
Ad Copywriting & Creative Development: Write compelling ad copy, design eye-catching creatives, and ensure that campaigns align with the clients' goals and branding.
Campaign Testing & Optimization: Continuously test ads, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and drive results.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, provide regular updates, and generate reports to demonstrate return on ad spend (ROAS) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, provide feedback on campaigns, and offer recommendations to enhance their ad strategies.
Budget Management: Ensure that ad budgets are allocated effectively across platforms, adjusting as needed based on campaign performance.
Industry Research: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, paid ad platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of experience in paid advertising, specifically with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of paid ad strategies, including keyword targeting, bidding, and audience segmentation.
Proven ability to create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant ad platforms.
Solid understanding of analytics and conversion tracking.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in the excavation or construction industry is a plus but not required.
Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
