Virtual Assistant Real Estate Investing (Cold Calling)

I'm growing my Real Estate Investing Business.

I'm looking for someone full time who can cold call property owners to find the ones who are interested in selling.

Job Description:
- Cold calls to property owners to find sellers.
- Build and manage a list of potential leads.
- Qualify leads and collect necessary property information.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation progress.

If you're ambitious, you can grow into other positions in the company.

Qualifications: Here are some of the technical skills needed:
- MUST HAVE STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION. This is required for phone calls.
- Quiet workspace for calls.
- Google Sheets.
- Good English Speaking Skills.
- Good phone skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

* Prior Real Estate Cold Calling Experience is a HUGE bonus
* Prior real estate information/background is a bonus

Pay:
1. Base hourly pay starts at $5/hr (depending on experience), quarterly performance reviews
2. There is room for bonuses and raises.

Schedule. 12PM Eastern Time to 8PM Eastern Time, which is 12AM to 8AM in the Phillipines.
