Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you will:
Handle order processing and customer inquiries via
Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
Update and maintain our Shopify store, including product pages, descriptions, and collections.
Plan and coordinate customer projects, including preparation of materials for delivery.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, ensuring timely responses and professional service.
Provide support for basic website improvements, collaborating with developers if needed.
Track and resolve any customer complaints or disputes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Proficiency in Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
Experience in customer service and problem-solving, with excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) and attend regular tea
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Preferred Skills (but not mandatory):
Experience with tools like Slack, DeepL, or any help desk software.
Knowledge basic web management.
A background in eCommerce operations or related fields.
