Rate: $7/hr, and earn 71,000 PHP +/month.
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm GMT with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks.
Responsibilities:
-Assess data from tools like
-Utilize data repositories to build reports and dashboards using Power BI.
-Establish scalable performance reporting systems and uncover data trends to inform enablement initiatives.
-Aggregate, format, and present findings to Revenue Operations and leadership in both summary and detailed formats.
-Measure and report on the adoption and effectiveness of assets/resources in collaboration with the Content team.
-Work with Revenue Enablement to identify core program performance metrics and track/report their impact.
-Ensure data integrity and hygiene in enablement performance metrics.
-Develop scalable reporting practices to provide visibility to sales leadership and executives.
-Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources into user-friendly formats.
-Manage day-to-day sales and enablement performance reporting, as well as ad hoc data requests.
-Translate data trends into actionable insights and communicate them effectively.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in sales operations or data analysis.
-Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and dynamic charts.
-Experience working with large data sets and aggregating disparate reporting/data sources.
-Proficiency with BI reporting tools, specifically Power BI.
-Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Clari, and People AI, including reporting and dashboard building.
-Ability to benchmark performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements.
-Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new tools for enablement measurement (e.g., content and learning management systems).
-Exceptional communication skills to translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
-Ability to influence and align stakeholders across teams and execute with minimal supervision.

About the Role:
The Revenue Enablement Data Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining analytics that measure the impact of our enablement programs. This role involves sourcing and analyzing data, identifying performance trends, standardizing measurable outcomes, and delivering actionable insights to inform and improve global and regional enablement initiatives.
