# Creative Virtual Assistant & Content Specialist
*Part-time Remote Position | Philippines-based*

About the Role
We're seeking a multi-talented Virtual Assistant with strong creative skills to support our pest control and flooring installation businesses. This role combines content creation, social media management, and general virtual assistance duties. The ideal candidate excels in both creative tasks and administrative support.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Create various company graphic materials as needed for both pest control and flooring services
- Adapt to new design requests and requirements
- Support marketing and branding initiatives with graphic design
- Help develop visual materials for business growth and expansion
Content Creation:
- Create engaging graphics for 4 social media posts per week
- Produce 1 professional video weekly from provided direction
- Write engaging captions and add appropriate hashtags
- Design marketing materials and company graphics as needed

Community Management:
- Monitor and respond to page messages (response time <4 hours during business hours)
- Engage with comments on posts
- Flag important inquiries for management
- Maintain professional communication with potential customers

## Weekly Deliverables
1. Content Creation:
- 4 social media posts with graphics (2 for pest control, 2 for flooring)
- 1 professional video (alternating between services)
- Company graphic materials as needed

Pest Control:
- Before/after pest treatment results
- Prevention tips and education
- Common pest identification guides
- Seasonal pest alerts
- Service process explanations
- Customer testimonials

Flooring Installation:
- Before/after installation transformations
- Product showcase (SPC/WPC varieties)
- Installation process videos
- Maintenance tips
- Room transformation ideas
- Customer reviews

2. Community Management:
- Daily message monitoring
- Comment responses
- Customer inquiry management

## Tools & Software
- Canva Pro (Advanced features and animations)
- CapCut or similar video editing software
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Workspace
- Project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar)

## Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in content creation
- Proficiency in Canva and video editing
- Strong graphic design skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in customer service/community management
- Based in the Philippines
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup

## Time Allocation (20 hours/week)
- Video editing & production: 4-5 hours
- Social media graphics & captions: 6-7 hours
- Company graphics/materials: 5-6 hours
- Community management: 2-3 hours
