The Role
We’re on the lookout for a sharp and motivated Senior Financial Analyst who’s not just great with numbers but thrives on thinking critically and solving problems. This role goes beyond bookkeeping and reporting—you’ll help shape our financial strategy, drive insights, and collaborate across teams to make things happen. If you’re detail-oriented, a self-starter, and an excellent communicator, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Dive Into Financial Operations: Manage and classify transactions, post journal entries, and own the month-end close process with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Think Critically and Strategically: Perform in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, to guide key decisions.
Communicate Insights Effectively: Prepare financial reports and presentations that turn complex data into actionable insights for senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate Across the Business: Work with other teams to gather information, align on goals, and refine financial plans.
Optimize Cash Flow: Manage treasury tasks like payments and monitoring account balances, ensuring efficient use of funds.
Support Strategic Deals: Analyze potential investments with detailed financial models and projections.
Focus on Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency in financial operations.
What We’re Looking For

A critical thinker who can analyze complex problems and break them into actionable steps.
A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and precision in everything you do.
A strong communicator who can explain financial data clearly and effectively to both finance and non-finance audiences.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and write reports confidently.
2+ years of experience in a senior analyst or associate role in finance, accounting, consulting, or e-commerce.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and Meta.
A CPA or similar designation (or actively pursuing one).
Availability to work 10 AM to 6 PM PST.
Salary: $1200-1700 per month depending on experience
