We’ve recently expanded our team and are now looking for an exceptional Script Writer to help us repurpose and create content around personal and business credit topics.

Our content reaches over 100,000 followers across platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Newsletter, and YouTube. Earlier this year, we welcomed a talented full-time video editor to the team, which has elevated our video production quality and efficiency. Now, we’re looking for a skilled Script Writer to complement our growing team and bring even more value to our audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Writing compelling, value-driven newsletters on personal and business credit topics.
Repurposing long-form content into engaging short scripts for Instagram reels, TikTok, and YouTube shorts.
Crafting concise, impactful, tweet-style quotes from newsletter content to drive social media engagement.
Maintaining the brand voice and ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Collaborating with the team to brainstorm and execute content strategies.
Staying up-to-date with trends in personal and business credit to ensure content relevance.
REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in scriptwriting, copywriting, or newsletter creation (portfolio required).
Strong understanding of personal and business credit topics or the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a conversational tone that engages readers.
Experience repurposing content for social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, required.
Experience using AI tools like Chat GPT to enhance writing and productivity.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and attention to detail.
Growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools and strategies.

APPLICATION & RECRUITMENT PROCESS

STEP 1:
Qualified candidates may be invited to participate in a short PAID test project for $15 USD, where you’ll repurpose a newsletter into a script and tweet-style posts.

STEP 2:
Candidates who advance through the test project round will be invited to an interview.

STEP 3:
Before extending an offer, we will conduct a reference check for the final candidate(s). This will include verifying 1 professional reference and 1 character reference.

STEP 4:
Upon receiving an offer, you will be onboarded as a Script Writer with a 30-day PAID trial period. During this period, we expect you to demonstrate your skills in newsletter writing, repurposing content, and collaborating with the team. A successful trial will lead to a permanent full-time position.
