Job Opportunity: Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Marketing and Advertising

We are Ryan Dobbs Realty, one of the top real estate teams in California, and we're looking for a talented Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to help us with marketing and advertising!

Job Details:

Pay: $4 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week to start (could turn into a full-time position over time)
What You'll Do:

Set up and manage Facebook Business Pages
Create and manage Facebook Ads
Design ads and creatives using editing software
Post on social media, including Facebook and Instagram reels
Edit videos, enhance images, and edit sound
Split test ads to see what works best
Use spreadsheets to create email and audience lists
Our Goals:

Get motivated buyer and seller leads
Create recruiting ads to attract real estate agents to join our team
What We’re Looking For:

Experience with Facebook ad creation and management
Skills in video and image editing
Knowledge of social media posting (especially Facebook and Instagram)
Ability to split test ads and analyze results
Comfortable using spreadsheets
