(Part Time) LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and engage with potential clients in the Home Service Industry. This role focuses on driving leads through the sales funnel using LinkedIn’s comprehensive tools and strategies while delivering measurable results through data-driven reporting. The specialist will support large businesses needing comprehensive LinkedIn lead generation and group management for full-funnel engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and publish 50+ targeted posts per month (approximately 10-12 posts per week) in LinkedIn groups to maximize visibility and engagement.
Manage unlimited LinkedIn groups and employee profiles to build and maintain an active online presence.
Dedicate 40 hours per month to engaging with and fostering meaningful interactions within LinkedIn groups.
Conduct high-touch, tailored outreach to identify and engage with business owners and decision-makers in the Home Service Industry.
Execute high-touch lead nurturing strategies, including tailored outreach, appointment scheduling, and coordinating sales calls, with a focus on clients in the Home Service Industry.
Provide weekly detailed reports with ROI analysis and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
Drive leads through the funnel to achieve final purchase decisions in alignment with client goals.

Key Qualifications:

Proven expertise in LinkedIn lead generation, particularly in niche industries like Home Services.
Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, value-driven messages.
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance tracking and data analysis for lead optimization.
Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
