We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Assistant for Invoice, Payroll, and Process Management to support our invoicing and document management processes. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing workflows, ensuring accuracy, and supporting payroll and accounting tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Invoice and Document Management:
2. Payroll and Accounting Support using Sage Paperless and Sage 100
3. Track client payments and ensure compliance before releasing vendor payments.
4. Oversee billing and vendor payment processes to ensure timely and accurate action.
Qualifications:
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with Sage Paperless and Sage 100 Contractor is a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Available to work 3-4 hours a day during US EST hours
