Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating cold calls to businesses, promoting our consulting services, and closing sales in USD. A key aspect of this role involves handling seller-financed transactions, requiring a deep understanding of seller financing mechanisms and the ability to effectively communicate these options to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential business clients to introduce and sell our consulting services.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services and the benefits of seller financing.
• Educate prospective clients on seller-financed transaction options and address any questions or concerns.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all transactions are completed in USD.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with seller financing agreements.
• Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on cold calling and new client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of seller financing and its application in business transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
