Website Developer/Designer
We are seeking a talented and creative Website Developer/Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly websites. This role requires a blend of artistic vision and technical expertise to create visually appealing and highly functional digital experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and create visual content for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, and presentations.
Develop and maintain brand consistency through creative design elements.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to produce engaging visual content.
Revise and refine designs based on feedback, ensuring high-quality and impactful graphics.
Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and aligning with project goals.
Design and develop websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Create and maintain website layouts, UI/UX elements, and responsive designs.
Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and SEO performance.
Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and backend developers to deliver seamless digital experiences.
Ensure website security, backups, and maintenance for optimal performance.
Test and troubleshoot website issues and implement necessary fixes and updates.
Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, etc.).
Understanding of UI/UX principles and design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledgeable in using Figma is a plus!
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
