We are a 8-figure drop shipping company.
We are seeking for someone who is super attention to detailed to work with our Stripe and AirWallex accounts. We also want someone who has experience with Klarna inquiries, someone who can reach out to customers to close Klarna dispute inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate all refunds and disputes each month.
- Track dispute fees associated with refunds and chargebacks.
- Review and analyze disputes and refunds in both Stripe and Airwallex accounts.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on refunds, disputes, and associated fees.
- Reach out to customers who have filed disputes through Klarna to resolve issues before escalation to a chargeback.
- Maintain a proactive approach to customer service by working to resolve disputes efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
- at least 1 year of customer support with Stripe and Airwallex accounts
- good with google sheets
- attention to detailed and organized
- able to deliver things in advance and not waiting for last minute jobs
