Job Posting: Social Media Content Manager

We’re a growing coaching and consulting company looking for a Social Media Content Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring our content creation process runs smoothly, projects stay on schedule, and team KPIs are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire content creation workflow, ensuring posts are delivered and scheduled on time.
Use Airtable to track progress, assign tasks, and oversee project timelines.
Communicate with tea
Ensure all KPIs related to content posting and engagement are being met.
Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on progress and performance.
Collaborate with the team to identify areas of improvement in the content creation process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media content management or project management roles.
Advanced proficiency with Airtable and Slack (these are non-negotiable).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Availability to work in the BST timezone.
Ability to commit 15 hours per week.
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Compensation and Growth:
Starting rate: $5/hour with room for growth based on performance.
Bonus opportunities for hitting KPIs and exceptional performance.
