About the Position: As an Amazon Troubleshoot Expert, you are responsible for identifying and resolving issues within our Amazon accounts. You will work closely with our project management tool, ClickUp, and conduct regular account health checks to ensure optimal performance and compliance on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform specific troubleshooting tasks to resolve issues on Amazon.
Develop and implement troubleshooting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Regularly conduct account health checks to monitor and maintain account standards.
Manage projects within ClickUp, ensuring tasks are completed timely and efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Amazon account management or similar roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools is preferred.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
